Rebecca Novin-Cannon, J.D., CExP, is an accomplished financial strategist, business advisor, investment specialist and former litigator. She is the Founder and President of Novin Cannon Financial Group, a leading boutique financial services and wealth management firm in Northern New Jersey. Becky has over 20 years of experience coaching successful high net worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and C-Suite executives across multiple industry sectors, and has a deep interest in advising women corporate leaders. She is able to translate and communicate complex financial concepts, estate planning considerations and investment strategies clearly and concisely, and tailors thoughtful recommendations to each of her clients. In addition, Becky engineers business succession strategies and provides tax efficient financial advice.
Becky founded Novin Cannon Financial Group after excelling as a top advisor at Certified Financial Services, one of the largest private firms in New Jersey, founded in 1986. She currently manages over $600 million in life insurance coverage on her clients*, and has since 2015 qualified for the President’s Council, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America’s elite group of producers ranked among the top 1% of all company representatives in the U.S..
Becky shares her experience, knowledge and ideas to empower her clients to ‘live clearly’ and make critical wealth decisions based upon facts. She takes a holistic, integrative approach, coordinates all facets of a client’s personal and business finances, and strives to create personal economies that can produce long term wealth, abundant retirement income, tax efficiency, minimal cost, curtailed risk and enhanced legacy protection. Her clients know she has as much concern, care and passion for their long-term personal and business financial success and well-being as she has for her own.
Becky is also passionate about giving back to professional women, advancing women’s leadership, advocacy and mentorship in business, and shattering glass ceilings everywhere. Earlier in her career, Becky was a litigation specialist at a boutique law firm. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
